Refund Policy
Policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
At FootballMatchTicket.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. All ticket purchases are subject to the policies of the official event organizer and ticket provider.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The event is officially canceled and not rescheduled.
- The ticket is proven to be invalid or unusable at the stadium entrance.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of personal plans or inability to attend.
- Late arrival at the venue.
- Refusal of entry due to failure to follow stadium or security rules.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
